Michael C. Titus

Michael C. Titus joined Wild, Carter & Tipton in January 2020. Before joining the firm, Mr. Titus’ previous experience includes civil litigation and in-house general counsel work for one of the Central Valley’s premier beverage distributors. Since joining the firm, Mr. Titus has successfully represented a variety of clients in diverse practice areas, including real estate disputes, agribusiness, water rights, as well as business transactional matters.  He has lectured on Groundwater Sustainability Plan fees/rates implemented under California’s Proposition 218, and the impact they have on agricultural landowners.

Mr. Titus graduated cum laude from California State University, Fresno in 2010, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2016.

Mr. Titus is currently a member of the Fresno County Bar Association, Fresno County Young Lawyers Association and Armenian Bar Association. Mr. Titus is admitted before all courts of the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
