Monrae L. English joined Wild, Carter & Tipton in 2005.

Educational Background

Ms. English received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from California State University, Fresno and received her Juris Doctorate degree from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California.

Ms. English also holds a Masters of Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.

Special Emphasis

While Ms. English has trial experience in many practice areas, her primary focus has been civil trial practice with an emphasis in Employment Law, Medical Malpractice, Catastrophic Personal injuries, Elder Abuse, and Spousal Abuse.

Member / Associations

Ms. English is a member of the State Bar of California and the Fresno County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Specialized memberships include Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA).

Ms. English is also a member and served as President of the Central Valley Trial Lawyers Association (CVTLA) from 2016 through 2017.

Over the years, Ms. English has coached Mock Trial for two High Schools and served as a Judge in Moot Court for San Joaquin College of Law.

Ms. English has been recognized as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers in 2013, 2014, and 2015 and has been awarded the distinction of “Super Lawyer” in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Based upon her expertise, Ms. English has appeared on numerous television and radio programs as well as been interviewed and cited in many national articles.

In 2017, one of Ms. English’s cases was recognized as one of the top 100 settlements in the State of California.
