Steven Paganetti assists his clients in litigation and trials throughout California and in federal districts outside of California, including extensive participation in jury and non-jury trials.

Mr. Paganetti received his Bachelor's degree from Massachusetts State College and obtained his J.D. from San Joaquin College of Law in 1979.  He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1979 and is presently authorized to practice before all California State courts, the U.S. District Courts in the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit, and the United States Tax Court.

Active in the legal community, Steve Paganetti is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. He is also a member of the Fresno County and California State Bar Associations.
