Bruce M. Brown obtained his undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of California, Davis, and his law degree from Hastings College of Law in San Francisco.  Immediately following graduation from law school and admission to the California State Bar in 1977, he joined the firm of Wild, Carter & Tipton.

From the outset, Mr. Brown's law practice was specialized into the related fields of real property, finance and agriculture.  Using a combination of these specialties, Mr. Brown's practice has evolved to a present emphasis on real estate transactions, lender/borrower workout agreements, finance, and commercial, agricultural and business transactions. 

He is admitted to practice before the California State Courts and the United States District Court in the Eastern District of California.
