Tracy A. Agrall obtained her undergraduate degree in economics from California State University, Fresno in 1978, and her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu in 1981. She was admitted to the California bar in 1981 and to the Texas bar in 2004.

She is admitted to practice before the California State Courts and the United States District Court in the Eastern District of California, Northern District of California and Central District of California, as well as all Texas State Courts.
