Don J. Pool is a shareholder at Wild, Carter & Tipton. In 1990, he graduated cum laude from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a 1993 graduate of the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law.
Don’s practice specializes in the litigation of commercial, bankruptcy, and real estate matters, and the enforcement of creditors’ rights in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. He is a board member of the Central California Bankruptcy Association, and a member of the California Receivers Forum and the Fresno County Bar.
Don is admitted to practice before all of the state and federal courts of California, as well as the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal.
